Sales Manager

Responsible for maximising online sales revenues at FractionalLife.com. Must feel comfortable selling over the telephone and face to face and be flexible to sell across category when required - www.fractionallifeexpo.com, www.fractionalsummit.com. Knowledge of the fractional ownership marketplace an advantage, but not essential. £25k basic with £75k OTE

Office Administrator

Required to assist in the smooth running of Fractional Life towers in London This role will suit an Administrator with varied experience who has attention to detail. Duties include to: Take minutes of Operational Meetings. Raise and distribute appropriate correspondence. Prepare paperwork documentation for Accountants Send and receive faxes and emails. Make and receive telephone calls and forward messages. Ensure all post is send out on time. To monitor and control all petty cash requirements within the organisation. Hours of work are flexible.

Telesales Advertising Executives

We are seeking telesales advertising executives in the UK and USA to secure the sale of both online and offline advertising space within the brand portfolio. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with drive, enthusiasm and great communication skills and believe passionately in what they do and the Fractional Life brand.

Part-time positions also available.

Social Media Sales

A vacancy has arisen for a part time online social media professional specializing in the fractional ownership marketplace, to join the Fractional Life team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an editorial background. They should be fully versed in current trends within the social media landscape and have a good overview of the fractional and shared ownership marketplace.
