This unparalleled shared ownership offering is a collection of 5 -10 spectacular residences situated in sought-after locations throughout Italy. The Bella Villa Collezione is commencing with a lavish Tuscan farmhouse and future residences are slated for Firenze, Lake Como, Positano and Roma. A maximum of 10 owners in each residence are entitled to at least 4 weeks usage in properties throughout the Bella Villa Collezione.
