FOC retains platinum sponsorship for Fractional Summit 2010

The Fractional Ownership Consultancy (FOC) is reinforcing its leading position in the fractional arena as Platinum Sponsor for the Fractional Summit 2010 which takes place at the prestigious Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London on 18th and 19th February 2010.  This is the second year that FOC has sponsored Europe’s largest conference on fractional ownership issues.

Fractional property ownership provided one of the few highlights of the overseas property marketplace in 2009, experiencing exponential growth in demand.  Fractional Summit 2010 will provide insight into that growth, the future of the UK and European property market, as well as the impact of fractional products on the overseas second home market.
