Canadian fractional resort Touchstone launches second phase

Touchstone on Lake Muskoka, a private residence club north of Toronto, has just released its second phase. Ownership starts from $249,000 for a 1/4 fraction of a two-bedroom unit with 1,625 square feet of living space, including a gourmet kitchen, nine-foot ceilings, state-of-the-art surround sound stereo system and almost 400 square feet of deck space overlooking Lake Muskoka.

Part of each unit can be locked off and rented out separately, while the owners are in occupation. Owners are have access to the resort's amenities, including access to Taste Restaurant, Touch Spa and Tone Fitness Centre, Ontario's first infinity pool, a private beach, tennis courts and beach volleyball.

Pre-and post-arrival concierge, housekeeping and grocery services are also available on-site.
Phase two construction is set to commence in the spring, with occupancies scheduled for 2012.
