First villa ready for occupation at Costa Rica fractional development

The first of five luxury fractional villas at the Punta Dakota development in Bejuco, Costa Rica is ready for occupation. The 4,600 square feet villa has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It is being offered on a 1/13th share (28 days), held in a US corporation. Custom made furniture and cabinetry from local sustainable hardwoods compliment the wood ceilings and modern appliances.

Over 380 fruit trees have been planted on the property, so owners will be able to harvest their own bananas, mangos, avocados and oranges.
