First villa ready for occupation at Costa Rica fractional development

The first of five luxury fractional villas at the Punta Dakota development in Bejuco, Costa Rica is ready for occupation. The 4,600 square feet villa has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It is being offered on a 1/13th share (28 days), held in a US corporation. Custom made furniture and cabinetry from local sustainable hardwoods compliment the wood ceilings and modern appliances.
Over 380 fruit trees have been planted on the property, so owners will be able to harvest their own bananas, mangos, avocados and oranges. Flowering plants, native hedges and an abundance of sheltered areas attract native wildlife, deer, monkeys, amphibians and reptiles. There is also an infinity edge pool, children's pool and jacuzzi.
The development is set on the Nicoya Peninsula, hemmed in by the Gulf of Nicoya and the Pacific Ocean, and is within close reach of scuba diving, snorkeling, bird or turtle watching, championship salt water fishing, and golfing facilities as well as 13 miles of beaches.
