Five-Star Fractional Ownership with Unlimited Use
Property investors attracted by the growth of fractional ownership can now choose a new flexible solution, offering unlimited use of a prestigious villa and exclusive lifestyle services, from the award-winning Oceânico Group.
Launching at the Oceânico Group Fractional Life Expo 2008 in Broadgate, London (28 – 30 April), the new Oceânico Prestige Fractional combines eighth share ownership and unlimited use of a five-star Prestige property, subject to reservation policies, with access to exclusive services, ranging from a concierge service, to executive car transfers, golf course membership and use of a Sunseeker cruiser (facilities dependent on resort).
This new products offers a fractional ownership solution that provides owners with a share of a freehold, high-specification villa and membership of the Oceânico Prestige Residence Club. Oceânico is the first company in Europe to launch the new flexible ‘Club’ approach to fractional ownership, which has been proven in the US where it has been operating since 1992.

Initially the new fractional ownership properties will be available at Oceânico’s Vilamoura Golf & Garden Resort in the Algarve; Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort on the Silver Coast; and Little River Golf & Resort in North Carolina, USA – with all owners able to stay at any of the resorts.
The luxury four-bedroom villas available through Oceanico Prestige Fractional represent the highest possible standard in overseas property, with the option for owners to gain rental income from them, sell them and bequeath them, as with other investments.
Facilities in the luxury properties include fully equipped kitchens designed to the highest specification; bathrooms with whirlpools and steam showers; under-floor heating; andstate of the art home intelligence systems with remotely controlled lights, heating, air conditioning and more.

The Deer Valley Club in Park City, Utah, was the first Private Residence Club to introduce the concept of luxury fractional real estate to the US.
