Fractional Forum New York
The Fractional Forum New York takes place on Wednesday 17th September at the historic New York Yacht Club, USA.
The Forum has been organised to help US realtors capitalize on the increasing popularity of fractional real estate sales. Fractional Life's very own Founder- Piers Brown has been asked to speak on the panel and will bring the Fractional Life acquisition to the New York Real Estate Brokerage community.
Leading experts in the fractional field will be in attendance, including Peter Giamalva, President and Managing Director of Northcourse Advisory Services, Bob Waun, CEO of Vacation Finance as well as Philip Freedman, Vice President of Residential Sales with Flagstone Group for Island Gardens, all of whom will be present to share their experiences with respect to development, fractional sales and marketing, fractional finance and the legal considerations pertaining to this specialised product type.
The Fractional Forum is being sponsored by Island Gardens, a Miami construction project containing fractional components in the form of The Residences. A key draw of which is that a 1/8 fractional share in an apartment comes compete with a further fractional interest in a 65 foot motor yacht available for your use 2-6 days per year dependent on the size of the apartment purchased.
