Fractional Ownership By David Lloyd & Absolute Group
David Lloyd and Absolute Group announce the new innovative ‘Fractional Ownership’ program in the Thai property market.
The program will offer buyers from around the world an affordable option to own a luxury holiday home in the dream destinations of Phuket and Koh Samui.
There are three fractional projects currently available two of which are joint venture projects between Absolute Group and David Lloyd being the Absolute David Lloyd Beach Club at Nakalay on Phuket, and a new upcoming project in Thongkrut, Samui. The third program is the - Bangla Suites Jacuzzi Condominiums, developed by Bangla Suites Co., Ltd, an associate company of the Absolute Group.
Absolute David Lloyd Beach at Nakalay, Phuket, is a new boutique condominium project, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The project comprises 33 units and almost 80% have already been sold within 3 months since the soft launch. The 7 remaining units in the project will be available on a fractional ownership basis. Price for fractional ownership starts from just 775,000 Baht for 28 nights usages per year for life*.
The project at Thongkrut, Koh Samui is a luxury resort with 17 exclusive units located in the one of the best locations on Samui, in close proximity to leading international hotels . The plan is to build a marina in front of the resort for exclusive use by the owners. The project concept and design details will be finalized very soon and will be branded under the newly formed Absolute David Lloyd name, targeting high-end holiday home makers and investors.
The Bangla Suites project is located right in Soi Bangla, the most famous tourist area in the heart of Patong, surrounded by a variety of entertainment options. The project comprises 53 units and is already 85% sold since the soft launch 6 months ago. Fractional Ownership is offered for all 7 Penthouse units. Prices for fractional ownership start at 1.75 million baht for 28 night’s ownership.
The Absolute David Lloyd concept is based on modern contemporary designer units in high demand locations. The target market is a discerning clientele looking for a combination of high quality units and excellent service.
