During the last few years the increase in sales of Hotel Rooms being sold on a buy to let basis has been phenomenal. Originally starting in the United States the concept spread to Europe in 2003 and this area of the leisure industry continues to show impressive growth.Buy-to-let Hotel Room schemes can be a SIPP compliant investment product as it is classed as a commercial property asset. Paul and Veranne explain more about the origins of the product, its growth within the UK, and suggest a trust structure that offers advantages to both promoter and investor.
