Innsbruck Aspen offers fractional ownership for $90,000

Fractional real estate ownership in the upmarket Colorado ski resort of Aspen is now available for under US$90,000.

The Innsbruck Aspen is offering 1/12th shares in its 17-unit private residence club for $89,999. Located in Aspen’s West End – three blocks from Restaurant Row and four blocks from the lifts on Aspen Mountain, the Innsbruck offers owners what it describes as “the single largest turn-key one-bedroom residence in the town, with one bath and a full kitchen”. Owners may also rent or exchange their unit via the Registry Collection exchange network.

The deal is aimed primarily at Denver residents and also includes additional space available nights at low rates, including last minute availability.
