New Additions to Timbers Resorts

Timbers Resorts today announced exciting new additions to the benefits owners enjoy when they purchase a fractional interest at The Orchard at The Carneros Inn, a private residence club located within PlumpJack's renowned Napa, California resort. Owners at The Orchard are granted membership in The Timbers Collection, which includes access to highly sought-after destination properties through the Timbers Reciprocity Program, value-added travel service offerings from partners such as Sentient Jet, Hertz Car Rental, and a selection of premier benefits within The PlumpJack Group.

The Timbers Reciprocity Program significantly enhances ownership value by offering Owners at The Orchard the ability to directly trade vacation weeks at The Orchard for vacation weeks at other acclaimed properties within the Timbers Collection using a simple online system. Current properties in the Timbers Collection include One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; The Preserve at Botany Bay on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands; Castello di Casole in Tuscany, Italy; The Rocks Luxury Residence Club in Scottsdale, Arizona; Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; and The Timbers Club in Snowmass, Colorado.

Also included in the Timbers Collection are customized membership opportunities with Sentient Jet and Hertz Car Rental. With Sentient, Orchard Owners can fly to any property within the Timbers Collection without being a member and can join Sentient for $100,000 instead of the normal $250,000 rate. With Hertz, owners can take advantage of the Hertz "Meet & Greet" rental service at most Timbers Resorts' locations, free vehicle pickup and delivery service to Timbers Resorts' locations and private plane terminals serving resorts in the U.S. along with 20 percent discounts on special daily rates in the U.S., and 15 percent discounts at participating Hertz locations in Europe.

When purchasing a fractional interest at The Orchard, owners benefit from an extensive list of exclusive offerings at PlumpJack properties, best known for their approachable luxury. These include The Carneros Inn, where Orchard owners save 25 percent on cottage and Home reservations and 20 percent on spa treatments and non-sale items from PlumpJack Sport; complimentary wine tastings and special discounts at PlumpJack Winery; 20 percent savings at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn on hotel rooms and suites for owners and immediate family members; and varied discounts on purchases from the famed PlumpJack Wine shops in San Francisco.

The Orchard has also established partnerships with the Vintners Collective in Napa, and DRIV Luxury Car Club, to offer exclusive perks to Orchard Owners. The Vintner's Collective members provide each Owner with a complimentary one year membership providing Owners discounts on wine purchases, first offerings on new releases, private wine tastings, invitations to members-only events and cellar recommendations. The DRIV partnership offers owners exclusive access to DRIV's luxury vehicle portfolio, including an Aston Martin Vantage Roadster, Bentley Continental Flying Spur and BMW M6 Cabriolet while vacationing at The Orchard.
