One Steamboat Place notches up $26 million of fractional sales

One Steamboat Place logoOne Steamboat Place, a Timbers Resorts development in the Colorado ski resort of Steamboat Springs, has recorded fractional sales of $26 million. The resort, which opened to the public on January 9, has sold $27 million of whole ownership property during the same period.

According to figures provided by Bruce Carta of Land Title Guarantee Company, the average selling price of a fraction at One Steamboat Place was $459,000.
