Fractional Ownership News
Paris fractionals hit YouTube
A company selling fractional property in Paris is marketing its concept on YouTube. Paris Home Shares is the brainchild of Steve Navaro, a real estate lawyer from Denver, Colorado who fell in love with the French capital.
Navaro's business partners are Englishman Richard Brown, and Laura Pynson, from Dijon. Between them they renovate, and sell fractional shares in, elegant Parisian apartments.
Navaro describes himself as a true afficionado of all things French, and has visited Paris on numerous occasions since 2000. In 2006, he handed over the reins of daily operations of his two US real estate companies to his son, and decided to focus on a passion that had been simmering inside him for many years, the development of fractional ownership of high quality apartments throughout Europe, primarily Paris.
The company has successfully completed and sold two projects, has two currently on the market, and is on the look out for further opportunities.
Taking advantage of the internet's potential to reach a huge audience, Paris Home Shares has posted a lifestyle advert on YouTube, with the strapline "Live the Dream, Share the Cost", in an attempt to sell customers the Parisian dream which Navaro and his colleagues obviously share.
