Pezula and Oceanico win Gold Fractional Ownership Award at Homes Overseas Awards 2007
Pezula, South Africa's leading development in Knysna and Oceanico's Vila Baia resort in Praia da Luz and apartments and villas at the Amendoeira Golf Resort near Silves, both on the Algarve have once again achieved international recognition by sharing Gold Awards for Best Fractional Ownership Scheme at the recent Homes Overseas Awards ceremony in London.
Piers Brown, Founder of Fractional Life http://www.fractionallife.com and sponsors of the award said "What sets these awards apart from others in the industry is that the judges assess the shortlisted properties first-hand and judge each one on its own merits,"
Brigitte Urbano, who heads up fractional sales for Oceanico http://www.oceanicodevelopments.com said " we're really proud to win the first ever fractional ownership award and we're delighted for the whole team. This international award recognises Oceanico's quality approach to luxurious developments mixed with superb golf facilities within the fractional ownership marketplace"
Keith Stewart, Chairman of the Pezula Group http://www.pezula.com said "From inception, Pezula has had one goal in mind - to offer buyers an unprecedented level of quality and luxury in an environment that adds true value to their property investment. These awards reinforce and indeed, recognise that objective and we are truly encouraged going forward with our ongoing development plans, especially those in the fractional arena, with two new products due to be released shortly."
