Record month for fractional property consultants
Fractional ownership consultancy The Best Group has announced its best month of sales since the company's inception in 2006. During January 2010, the Best Group completed on £7 million of fractional ownership properties.
Business development director Jeff Hankin said that he expected similar figures for February and that sales could outstrip supply in some product areas during March, despite the company preparing to launch three new fractional products in the spring, in Tuscany, Cyprus and Crete.
