The Hideaways Club adds three new properties
Fractional ownership investment fund The Hideaways Club has added three new properties to its Classic Collection fund, winner of the 2011 Fractional Life Award for Best Destination Club. The two Italian and one Spanish properties bring the fund's total to 33 villas and chalets under The Hideaways Club banner.
The first property, Il Bosco, is a restored Tuscan farmhouse, with many original features including a watch tower dating back to the 12th century. Set within 10 acres of terraced land and olive groves this five en-suite bedroom villa occupies in the Florentine hills features a swimming pool and spectacular views. Local shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive and the villa is in close proximity to Florence, which is 12km away.
Masseria la Rosa is in Puglia, at the southernmost tip of Italy, within easy reach of two international airports, Brindisi and Bari. The property is set in five acres of ancient olive groves and comprises a main house with three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an annexe providing two further bedrooms. It features a mosaic-tiled infinity pool and barbeque area.
Finally, located within the El Born quarter of Barcelona, Calle Princesa is a two-bedroom, 160 square metre apartment in close proximity to Las Ramblas. Barcelona’s beaches and marina development are a short distance from the apartment.
