The Island Gardens Groundbreaking
Flagstone Property Group breaks ground on Island Gardens, Miami a $640 – million mixed-use waterfront destination that will comprise of luxury fractional residences with a fractional yachting club, shops, hotels, world-class dining and the only dedicated mega-yacht harbor in North America.

During the event, the sales team led by Philip Freedman, VP of Residential Sales for Flagstone Property Group introduced their new Onsite Gallery - over 5,000 sq ft (465sqM) of luxury space designed by Piero Lissoni, overlooking the Miami Skyline and waterfront with a complete one bedroom Residence similar to the L Ownership. Docked behind the Gallery is the Island Gardens Yacht, which is included in the purchase price and part of the Island Gardens Yachting Club. The Super Yacht Harbour will accommodate mega yachts from 80 to well over 400 feet in length.
